Finding your feet

Week 1

Our first week encompasses the changes experienced in motherhood and how to engage in self care.  This encompasses physical, emotional, social and external supports that can create space and time for the new mum so she can be a mum, and also be herself.

Week 2

Week 2 focuses on the all consuming thought processes and worries of new motherhood, the thinking traps and how not to hide the pain.  This week also covers the judgement city that new mothers can experience.

Week 3

The third week launches into the often not talked about are of body image for new and expectant mothers, the worries that are often experienced, how to mitigate these and your relationship with food.

Week 4

Week 4 is rounded off with all things partners.  We talk communication, workload in families and sex.
